Jobs are Great, Careers are Better

With the increasing cost of rent in many cities across the country, jobs are not guaranteed to provide living wages anymore. In Denver  it is estimated you need to be making $15 per hour to afford to live. One of the main things preventing the formerly incarcerated from getting good paying jobs is job training and connections to transition into a successful career. Andrew uses his experience working in community corrections to recruit future leaders out of halfway houses into the great programs at Cross Purpose. Not only is he changing lives for those in their program but his life has been completely changed as well.
